“Swamp Oak” Station Tour:
Come and join us on one of the most popular and unique tourism experiences in Australia.
Take in some of the valley’s best scenery along our bush trails in the comfort of a six seater Can-Am Buggy which gives guests the opportunity to experience the “Swamp Oak” Station in a way no other mechanical means allow. The Can-Am vehicles are low profile & all-terrain which can go almost anywhere.
Set on our scenic 1,400 acres, “Swamp Oak” station is full of history. A great way to spend time with the family with one of our experienced tour guides. Get hands on experience by taking part in some of the day to day activities in running a station and feeding some of our stud Braford cattle.
The full experience also includes a traditional Aussie smoko of Billy Tea and Camp oven cooked scones with fresh cream and jam.

Two Hour Trail Rides
Our two hour guided trail rides are suitable for all riding abilities from the beginner to the advanced rider. We cater for small and large groups. So why not come out and join us for a trail ride with one of our experienced trail guides over the picturesque 1,400 acres of “Swamp Oak” Station riding through the Cockburn Ranges and Mulla Creek. An experience like no other that everyone will enjoy.

Led Pony Rides:
Led pony rides are a great way to introduce children aged 4 to 12 years of age to horses and a great way to experience the fun of horse riding. Don’t forget to bring a camera to capture your little one’s proud smiles. Bookings are essential.

Come join us for a half day experience in the true Aussie outback at “Swamp Oak” station. What we offer on this experience is a Trail ride on one of our experienced and trusted horses. Take the opportunity to go on a relaxing trail ride to get the day started. It is a great way to get everyone interacting and to unwind. No riding experience is required.
After you have had time to relax on the trail ride. You can bring out your more competitive side with our Teams Barrel Race. You will be split into two groups and will have to complete a clover leaf pattern around three drums on horse back. Competing at the same time against an opposite team member. Then at the end of the day you will be treated to a true outback experience, our mustering camp and cattle mock up. The two groups will then compete against each other to construct a drover camp. Activities include Billy Boiling, Damper making and other fun challenges.
